Citrus Fruit Salad with Argan Oil

Recipes for 4 people.

– 2 grapefruits
– 3 oranges
– Argan Oil
– 100 g black olives
– Salt, paprika

Mix the grapefruit and oranges cut with 2 tablespoons of Argan oil, a pinch of salt and paprika.
Leave in the refrigerator while waiting to serve.

Tomato Salad with Argan Oil

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 peppers
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons argan oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of cumin, salt, pepper, parsley

 

 

To prepare the recipe for tomato salad and peppers with argan oil:
Peel the tomatoes, seed them and cut them into pieces.
Grill the peppers in the oven, rid them of their skin, heart and seeds, then detail them into small pieces.
Peel the onion and thinly sliced.

In a bowl, sprinkle onion and garlic, diced peppers, chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, cumin, Argan oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Mix all the ingredients well, arrange the salad in a serving dish and serve

 

 

Tajine berbère à l’huile d’argan

For 4 people

  • 1 kg of goat meat
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 courgettes
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Chopped parsley and coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon argan oil
  • Salt, pepper, ginger, saffron

Place the pieces of meat in a tagine, salt, pepper then add saffron, ginger, grated garlic. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the vegetables. When the meat is almost cooked (check with a knife), add salt, pepper, parsley and chopped coriander. Place diced tomatoes on top. Add a little water if necessary, and cook gently for about 20 minutes. Pour the argan oil and serve the hot tajine.

The Moroccans, call this very typical preparation the “Nutella Moroccan”!

For about 1.5 liters

  • 1 liter of food argan oil
  • 500 g almonds
  • 200 g honey

Grind the almonds, to grill and to crush very finely until obtaining a smooth paste. Add the honey, then gradually incorporate the oil. Mix well. A slightly liquid, very energizing paste is obtained, which can be enjoyed at breakfast or at a snack.
